Festival Returnees 2023
It's always so rewarding to see Berlinale Talents alumni return to Berlin with work in the festival's official selection. This year, we're thrilled to announce that we have 95 returnees who have played a key creative role in 72 films selected for the 73rd Berlinale. The representation spans every section of the festival, including nine alumni involved in seven of the films selected for the distinguished Competition.
Seeing the presence of our alumni's craft in the Berlinale programme motivates us to continue our mission of sustainable talent development, seeking passionate, talented filmmakers and offering a safe creative space for personal and professional development.
