To give the 22,000 trans women in Peru a voice through film and education. To influence the consolidation of human rights in Mexico through a safer network for female documentarists. To spark the revival of cinema (and cinemas!) in Lesotho with a set of grassroot film workshops. The aims and ambitions of this year’s Talents Footprints - Mastercard Enablement Programme fellows couldn’t be more timely, urgent - and at first sight definitely also harder to reach. This first public encounter after their festive announcement is your chance to get to know the protagonists behind the projects and delve with them, and the prominent jurors who chose them, deeply into their profound and thoroughly realistic concepts for change. By learning more about their existing networks and upcoming challenges, we can witness social sustainability live and in action - and become also part of it to start turning their goals also into our solutions - step by step, footprint by footprint.
