Thuy is a German actress of Vietnamese descent and is interested in artistic films, psychological thriller, comedy, and drama. She studied at the Stella Adler Academy of Acting in Los Angeles and also worked with Hollywood acting coach Jean-Louis Rodrigue. The short film "The Bear Within (Gezielt mittelalterliche Überlegungen)", in which Thuy plays the lead role, received numerous awards and nominations. She has language skills in German (native), English (fluent), Vietnamese, French and Japanese, and works internationally.
