Asja Makarevic

Holds a MA degree in Film Studies from the University of Amsterdam and currently pursues a PhD at the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. Her research addresses the ongoing "post-war" condition of former Yugoslav countries as reflected in relationship between memory and cinema. From 2009 she has been with the Sarajevo Film Festival, managing the Talents Sarajevo programme.
