Alejandro Bachmann

Alejandro Bachmann teaches and writes about film and curates film programmes. He is currently professor for film and film theory at KHM Cologne. From 2010 to 2019 he was a research assistant and then head of the Department of Education, Research and Publications at the Austrian Film Museum. He is part of the selection committee for a variety of film festivals and has edited a number of books on documentary filmmakers. Alejandro lives in Vienna.
