Gary Byungseok Kam

Gary, a Seoul-based producer, is committed to the art of storytelling and the support of independent documentary makers. His work includes "Planet of Snail" (2011), the Best Feature-Length Documentary at the IDFA, the Oscar-nominated "In the Absence" (2018), "Shadow Flowers" (2019), and "The Red Herring" (2022) which garnered an audience of 330,000 in Korea. Gary is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science.
