Zetha Asafu-Adjaye

Zetha Asafu-Adjaye (she/her), born in 1991 in Holzminden, Germany, studied at FU Berlin and Roma Tre while gaining diverse experience in film distribution, casting, and agency work. In 2017, she launched her independent career and founded ZTA Management in late 2020. Named one of Screen Daily's "Future Leaders in Talent Management" in 2023, her agency represents actors, directors, and screenwriters, combining PR and talent management with a commitment to structural change in the film industry, advocating for diversity, fair working conditions, and gender equality.
