Gesa Marten

Gesa Marten is an editor, dramatic advisor and professor at the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF. She was nominated for Best Editing at the German Television Awards for "Abnehmen in Essen" and for the German Camera Award / Best Editing for three films, "Krokodile", "Im Augenblick" and "Geschwister Vogelbach". She received the Filmplus Editing Prize for "Was lebst Du?" in 2005 and for "Perestroika" in 2009. She is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and of the European Film Academy.
