Berlinale Forum Opening Film: 'Lost and Found'

The work of six young directors from six different East European countries is combined in the omnibus project LOST AND FOUND to express the atmosphere of a young generation.Five of the directors are alumni of the Berlinale Talent Campus, who combine their talent in six vivid episodes. LOST AND FOUND brings together feature, documentary and animation.
Nadejda Koseva
Bulgarian director who debuted with a contribution to the omnibus film LOST AND FOUND, opening film of Berlinale Forum in 2005.
Mait Laas
Estonian animation artist, author and director of NukuFilm Studio, his film THE WAY TO NIRVANA won the Grand Prize at the 47th Oberhausen International Short Film Festival. His animation GENERATIO was shown at the 2005 Berlinale Forum and won a Burgas Municipality Award at the Sophia International Film Festival in 2005.

Kornél Mundruzcó
Hungarian director, actor and writer. He won, among others, the Fipresci prize for
the film DELTA at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival. His film PLEASANT DAYS won a Silver
Leopard at the Locarno Film Festival in 2002. He returned to the Co-Production Market
with his project THE FLYING MAN in 2011.
Christoph Terhechte
Freelance journalist, film critic and culture editor, he has been a member of the Berlinale Forum's selection committee since 1997, and became its Director in 2001.
