Films are always made for at least two markets: a national and an international.Filmmakers from all countries want to join this everincreasing globalised marketplace.Will they only be able to do so by using a \"global\" storytelling approach? Or should they stick not only to their regional content but also to their traditions of narrative form?

Dagmar Benke

Script consultant and author who has taught dramaturgy at the Berlin Film and Television Academy. She is now a consultant with Berlin Script House and board member of VEDRA, the German association of dramatic advisors.

Keith Cunningham

Script writer who successfully lectures on storytelling, genres and dramaturgy.

Amin Farzanefar

Film and culture publicist specialising in the Middle and Near Eastern cinema.

Cristian Mungiu

Romanian director and former Talent at the Campus in 2005. His debut feature film OCCIDENT has had a successful run at many international festivals. His breakthrough came when his film 4 MONTHS, 3 WEEKS & 2 DAYS won a Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival in 2007. His film TALES FROM THE GOLDEN AGE was shown at the festival in 2009 and he won the 2012 Cannes Best Screenplay prize with BEYOND THE HILLS.

Meenakshi Shedde

Freelance critic and film consultant in India. She was formerly an assistant editor with Times of India and is an international delegate for the Berlinale Forum.

David Wingate

Starting out as a writer and director of short and feature films, is specialized as a dramatic advisor and has worked throughout Scandinavia on many aspects of filmmaking and production. He is a part time lecturer on film production, and a board member of Sources 2.
