Originally from Karelia, based in Belgium. As a film director and producer, for me it is important to bring original stories into life, to deal with creative craftsmen, experimenting with form, structure and humor. When I was a kid, I escaped into imaginary worlds where I explored gender conflicts and the freedom of the artist. Today I know how I can show these worlds in my creations, which are my films.
