Daan Bol (1984) is a Dutch documentary film director. He recently made the short documentary 'Rocknrollers', which was awarded Best Children’s Documentary at IDFA 2016. He graduated in 2012 with the documentary 'Straight With You', which won several awards and was screened at festivals all over the world. He also worked as a researcher and director for the children’s documentary series 'Tough Cookies' (winner BANFF Rockie Award, winner Cinekid award) and co-created 'Kiloknallers' both for the Dutch television network VPRO.
