His animated film, “Chiaroscuro,” won a Student Academy Award in 2015, qualified for the 88th Oscars and screened in Annecy and Anima Mundi. His live-action debut, “A Foreman,” earned him a second nomination at the Student Academy Awards and played numerous festivals, winning a Special Jury Mention at the historic Guadalajara International Film Festival, and the Panavision Future Filmmaker Award. In 2018, his screenplay for “Salvage” was selected for the Short Film Station at the Berlin International Film Festival.
