Helen Olive is a Cambridge graduate who has worked in the film industry for over 15 years. As Assistant Producer she has worked on films by some of the world’s top directors including Ridley Scott and Joel and Ethan Coen with important producers and financiers in Europe and the US. She notably worked on the incredible portmanteau film Paris, je t’aime shot by more than 20 directors with 40 international stars. In 2008 she joined Eurowide Film Production as Executive Producer in charge of French and International productions and oversaw films including, Ricky by François Ozon, Coco Chanel & Igor Stravinsky by Jan Kounen, the French side of the co-production Pina by Wim Wenders, Attila Marcel by Sylvain Chomet and Foujita by Kohei Oguri. Independently, she produced the award wining shorts Leçon de Ténèbres (Jury Prize Turin 2010) and Totems (Golden Leopard Locarno 2014). In 2015 she founded the company 5 à 7 Films with fellow producer, Martin Bertier. Together they are developing international projects for both TV and Cinema and work with exciting up and coming directors.
