Leong-Huat, Michael Kam

Michael completed a post-graduate course in filmmaking from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore, and now teaches in its filmmaking programme. An avid short filmmaker, Michael's works have travelled to (...) numerous international film festivals and have been honoured with accolades. DETOUR (2013) won the Best Fiction award at the 45th Tampere Film Festival while MASALA MAMA (2010) screened at the 60th Berlin International Film Festival and earned the ARTE short film award at the 26th Hamburg Int'l Short Film Festival.
