Angelo Madsen Minax

Madsen Minax is an American artist who makes films inspired by social concerns and human conditions, dreams and fantasy, and the politics of radical belonging. He often approaches these interests (...) from a blend of experimental, narrative and documentary means, and draws from personal investments in subcultural communities. Madsen's films have screened at the British Film Institute (London), REDCAT (Los Angeles), the Museum of Contemporary Art (Chicago), and Anthology Film Archives (New York).
