Delphine Malaussena works at the crossroad of music, sound recording and sound design. She studied violin, chamber music, formal music writing, electroacoustics, orchestration and orchestral conducting. In parallel she learns about quantum physics and sound theory. Graduate from ENS Louis Lumière (Paris), she works as principal sound engineer on many feature films. She composed the soundtracks of the features films "5e Set" by Quentin Reynaud and "Moon 66 questions" by Jacqueline Lentzou, selected at the Berlin International Film Festival 2021 for the Encounters section. She composed several short-features scores, Quand on ne sait pas voler by Thomas Keurumian, Le Bon Copain, directed by Nicolas Keitel preselected at the Oscars 2021. She won the OST Challenge 2021, she was laureate of Emergence 2020, selected for the Next Step / International Critic’s week (Cannes) program. She is currently composing the soundtrack of the features films "Chien de la casse" by Jean-Baptiste Durand and "Jour 37" by Quentin Reynaud.
