Mastercard
Doing well by doing good is the maxim of Berlinale Talents and Mastercard in creating sustainable change. The Talents Footprints - Mastercard Enablement Programme helps filmmakers achieve social impact through financial support, mentorship and public awareness. Mastercard’s Jessica Claar explains: "For us, filmmakers are motors for change, not just by what they bring to the screen, but also for their ideas on how to create a fairer world in which to live and work. With our programme, we hope to encourage and support you in leaving behind your footprint."

In 2025 Mastercard will once again support the Dine & Shine Dinner, the Berlinale’s legendary networking event involving more than 400 guests, including industry experts and filmmakers from the festival, hosted by Loretta Stern. We look forward to working together again in this upcoming edition.
Talents Footprints - Mastercard Enablement Programme
In 2025, the Talents Footprints - Mastercard Enablement Programme returns for a fifth year, with two new fellows selected by a prestigious jury of German actor Sibel Kekilli (Head On, Game of Thrones), Vincenza Cristina Saccà (Senior Vice President Consumer Marketing & Sponsorship Europe at Mastercard), and German filmmaker, screenwriter, and Talents alum Dieu Hao Do (Hao Are You).
In addition, two alumni of the programme will return to the Berlinale to participate in exclusive networking opportunities such as the Dine & Shine during the festival, fostering peer-to-peer connections and facilitating the exchange of important knowledge between these socially-minded pioneers and their initiatives.
